Tailored To You
Fully customise your design. Your upholstered bed will be finished in one of our expansive range of fabrics to create a bedroom unique to your taste. Please note that due to maximum fabric width some panels will need to be upholstered horizontally to avoid unnecessary seams.

Inspected By Experts
Quality is assured as each of our beds is individually inspected by our experienced upholsterers before leaving the factory.

Step 1: Production & Preparation
Once your sofa has been handmade and fully quality-checked, it’s passed to our dispatch team for collection. This stage can take a few days while our carriers schedule their pickup. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, it enters the delivery network and begins its journey to your home.

Step 2: Delivery Scheduling
Our delivery partners work on an up to ten working day service from the date they collect your order. They will contact you around three days before delivery to arrange a suitable date. The evening before, you will receive a two hour time slot so you know when to expect your furniture.

Step 3: Delivery to Your Room
On the day, our two-man team will bring your furniture into the room of your choice, unwrap it and give you time to check everything over before signing. This ensures you’re completely happy with your order before the delivery is completed. For more details, please see our Delivery & Returns page.
